Toyota offers the 12.3-inch infotainment system on its higher trim levels of the 2023 Prius Prime. Not only does the larger screen provide a more clear view of the various menus and functions; it also features full customization of the icon placement. Equipped with a turn-by-turn navigation system as well as Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ funcitonality makes it hard to say no to upgrading to the 12.3-inch infotainment.

2.0L Hybrid Engine

The Prius Prime’s hybrid engine offers a manufacturer-estimated 52 combined mpg rating. Reaching that rating; the Prius Prime seamlessly switches from its’ electric motor to the 2.0L 4-cylinder hybrid engine when your charge runs low.

Driving Modes

Offering three different driving modes, EV or Electric Vehicle mode, EV Auto and HV or Hybrid Vehicle Mode, the Prius Prime helps you to optimize your drive to your specific needs. The three drive modes function how you would think. EV Auto Mode intelligently selects between EV and hybrid driving based on demand and driving conditions. HV Mode combines the gas engine and electrical power from the HV battery and EV mode only utilizes the electric motor.
